Friday Update

We had a busy week. We finished up one novel and started another, "Charlotte's Web". The students also enjoyed reading about Helen Keller, and life in a prairie school.
Keep working on the famous American speeches. Your child should have already brought home their finished information sheets. Let me know if you have any questions.
We still need donations for the gift wrapping theme basket, for the carnival. Remember the carnival is coming up next Friday, May 16th. It should be a fun time. Thanks again to the parents that volunteered to work in our Plinko booth. If you need a reminder of your time, let me know.
Congratulations to the students who earned a "100" on the trial spelling test. They were Megan, Kelsy, Wesley, Lance, Josh, Angie, Michael, Kate, Shelby, and Kyle! Great job everyone!!!
This week's "busiest bee" was Jessica!!! I can tell you are working harder, Jess. Keep it up!!
