Picture Day is Thursday, March 6th.

Please make sure your child has plenty of pencils and dry erase markers. We are winding down the last part of the year and things are getting lost☺

Vocabulary Words: consecutive, fielding, first baseman, honor, modest, shortstop, sportsmanship

Reading- The students will be reading, Lou Gehrig: The Luckiest Man. The test will be on Friday. We will also continue reading Number the Stars and Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of Nimh.

Grammar- The students will be learning about possessive pronouns.

Spelling- The test is on Friday.

Writing- The students will be working on their volcano reports. We will be finishing them up this week. The students are typing them in class.

Math- The class will begin unit nine.

Science- The class will continue learning about weathering, erosion, earthquakes, and volcanoes. Volcanoes are due on Friday, March 14th.

Social Studies- The class will begin chapter 6.
