The Ohio Achievement Tests are next week. Reading is on Monday and Math is on Wednesday. Writing is Tuesday, April 29th. Please make sure your child gets plenty of rest, a good breakfast, and has plenty of pencils. They have all worked so hard this year and I know they will ALL do GREAT!!!!
All next week the students are allowed to bring in a drink and a snack everyday:) We will then go outside and enjoy our snack in the sunshine!! It is a fun way to celebrate the Achievement Tests!! Students are also allowed to bring in gum, mints, or hard candy to chew or suck on during the test.
We are collecting aluminum foil, brown paper bags, poster board, cardboard, and paint to create our shields:) If you are able to donate any of the items above, that would be great!!
We still need one volunteer for the carnival. Our booth is the Lollipop Pull and the time we need someone is 7:30-8:00.
Remember that our theme basket for the carnival is... SPA!!! So, if you are able to donate spa items before May 14th that would be AWESOME!! Thanks for all you do throughout the year!!
We will be going to the Intermediate School on Friday, May 9th. It is a great way for the students to meet other people and see where they will be going to school next year. Permission slips will be going home soon.
